As a learning and development consultant, I help organisations drive performance and cultivate a learning culture. With a strong academic and corporate background, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my clients. ​

Coaching:
I offer two primary coaching packages. Both options start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation and provide follow-ups via email or text, along with access to pertinent resources and research.

Focused Coaching Package:
Designed to address specific areas of concern, this package includes four sessions spread over one or two months.
Continued Coaching Package:
For long-term growth and professional advancement, clients can engage with us for a regular coaching series over six months.

Facilitated Workshops:
We create customized workshops for teams. These sessions can be conducted face-to-face or virtually and are a minimum of three hours to ensure a comprehensive interactive learning experience.
An initial consultation is carried out to assess the team's needs. If the needs fall outside our expertise, we enlist the aid of one of our associates.
